This Project was completed in Cornwall in 2024 for the famous footballing legend Neil Warnock.
It was an impressive 233sqm. The original driveway was an uneven, cracked concrete surface that had seen better days.
Our team first removed the existing concrete and excavated the area to the required depth. We then installed a high-quality, compacted MOT Type 1 sub-base, ensuring a stable and permeable foundation. A geotextile membrane was also added to prevent weed growth and enhance the driveway’s longevity.
Neil opted for our popular Carbon resin blend to complement his home. The result is a smooth, seamless finish that enhances the curb appeal and provides a low-maintenance, weed-resistant surface.
Project 2 – Mocca Resin Blend, Halifax
This project was completed in Halifax in 2023. This involved a whopping 330 sqm.
The worn-out driveway had loose gravel and stones, which constantly shifted underfoot and required frequent raking. To solve this issue, we first levelled the ground and ensured proper drainage before installing a permeable concrete base.
A smooth, stable foundation was created that would prevent any future shifting or sinking. Once the concrete had properly cured, we applied a Mocca resin bound surface, creating a sleek, modern finish that perfectly complements their home. The homeowners were thrilled with how much cleaner and tidier their driveway now looks.
Project 3 – Nordic Resin Blend, Harrogate
This project was completed in Harrogate and was around 200sqm in size.
Before it was a worn-out block paving driveway with sunken areas and excessive moss growth in need of an upgrade. Our team removed the old blocks and excavated the area to the appropriate depth. We then installed a new porous base, ensuring proper compaction for long-term stability and effective drainage.
Before laying the Nordic resin blend, we carefully edged and smoothed the surface to create a seamless finish. The result is a bright, durable driveway that enhances the home’s overall appearance while remaining low-maintenance.
This new surface brightened up the front of the property and provided a practical, easy-to-maintain alternative to block paving.
